Terms of Service

Effective: September 10, 2026

These Terms form an agreement between you and OneStage Solutions, LLC ("OneStage," "we," or "us") governing FamilyRhythm, The Earning Tales, our websites, digital publications, and related services. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

FamilyRhythm® is a registered trademark of OneStage Solutions, LLC. Other product names, series names, and feature names may be trademarks of OneStage Solutions, LLC or their respective owners.

1. What the services do

FamilyRhythm provides household tools for responsibilities, optional earning opportunities, task review, credits, goals, savings, rewards, calendars, family coordination, educational stories, printable resources, and related publications.

The services are organizational and educational tools. They are not financial, legal, medical, mental-health, or parenting advice and do not guarantee a household, learning, or financial outcome. You decide how to use them.

2. Eligibility and child use

A parent account must be created and controlled by an adult parent or legal guardian who can enter this agreement. Child profiles and child access must remain under that adult's supervision and control.

The parent is responsible for deciding what household information to enter, choosing age-appropriate tasks and expectations, protecting child credentials, and supervising any real-world activity connected to the service.

3. Accounts and household access

  • Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
  • Protect parent, child, kiosk, invitation, download, and other access credentials.
  • Give household access only to people you authorize and supervise.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Remain responsible for activity performed through your account.

The primary parent controls billing and certain household settings. Invited parents may receive broad access to household information and tools, so invite only trusted adults.

4. Trials, subscriptions, and billing

Current prices, trial length, included capacity, promotions, and renewal terms are shown at signup or checkout and control if they differ from general site copy. A free trial does not require a payment method unless checkout says otherwise.

Paid FamilyRhythm subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically for the period shown at checkout unless canceled. You authorize the applicable recurring charges, taxes, and purchased add-ons. Only the primary parent may manage billing.

You may cancel renewal through the account's billing tools. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; it does not automatically delete the account or create a refund. If we change a recurring price, we will provide notice required by law before the affected renewal.

5. Purchases, refunds, and publishing licenses

Separate digital, physical, and bundle products may have product-specific prices, fulfillment terms, and license terms shown at checkout. Physical products, when offered, may also require shipping information and may be subject to carrier delays or availability.

Unless an offer states otherwise, a purchased digital household edition is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use within one household. You may download and print reasonable household copies. You may not upload, publicly share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the file.

A personalized generated file may be deleted and regenerated from the same edition while the underlying license remains valid. Future editions are separate unless an offer expressly includes updates. We may revoke access obtained by fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or material breach. A routine administrative refund does not automatically revoke an already-delivered digital license under the current fulfillment policy.

Refund eligibility is governed by the terms shown with the offer and applicable law. Canceling a subscription or reducing configured household capacity does not create a prorated refund unless we state otherwise or law requires it. Contact support if you believe a charge or fulfillment is incorrect.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, misuse child information, distribute malicious material, use the service unlawfully, bypass access controls, or redistribute licensed publications.

7. Your content and records

You retain your rights in content you enter. You give us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise process it only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the services and meet legal obligations.

You are responsible for having the right to provide the content and for keeping independent copies you need. The parent account includes an export of core family data, but an export may not include every operational, security, commerce, analytics, or support record.

8. Our content and intellectual property

The services, software, designs, stories, illustrations, templates, trademarks, and other OneStage content are owned by OneStage or its licensors and protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the services and any product-specific license, no rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, sell, publicly distribute, or create a competing product from protected service content except where applicable law permits and cannot be waived.

9. Third-party services

The services rely on third parties such as hosting providers, Stripe, Postmark, Cloudflare, analytics providers, and error-monitoring providers. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for an external site or service merely because FamilyRhythm links to or interoperates with it.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep FamilyRhythm reliable, but the services are provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance, security events, provider failures, or product changes may interrupt access. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide notice when law or a specific commitment requires it.

We may preserve access to some educational content after a software trial or subscription ends. That does not restore access to paid operational features or grant rights beyond the applicable content license.

11. Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may restrict or suspend access to protect users or the service, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a non-urgent issue.

You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time. Account deletion is a separate process currently handled through support. Data handling after cancellation or deletion is described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, licenses, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue after termination.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or specific results. We do not control household decisions, child behavior, parenting outcomes, financial choices, internet availability, or third-party services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneStage and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, household disputes, parenting outcomes, or financial decisions arising from the services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.

14. Governing law and general terms

These Terms are governed by Washington State law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any product-specific checkout or license terms are the agreement for the services they cover.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the services.
